There are so many podcasts that are available to us, sometimes it is hard to know which one
is best. I will be talking about some of the podcasts that are informational but also
remarkably interesting to listen to.
Listening to a podcast can be beneficial for your well-being. They are a good distraction and
can also be helpful to get advice on problems you may be experiencing. They are very
accessible, you can listen to them when you are going for walks, travelling or just at home.

He speaks to experts in specific areas such as overthinking and people with a lot of great life experience. This podcast is great for getting your brain thinking about the world and the people around you.
It is the most helpful when it comes to yourself and a lot of the guests that go on the podcast have very relatable experiences that you may be familiar with. It is a very inspiring and motivational podcast and is ranked in the top 10 podcasts on

This podcast was created by a man called Jay Shetty. This podcast also revolves around self- help and focusing on what you want and the ways you can get it.
Jay created this podcast to help others to find their purpose. He has a lot of life experience and has even spent some of his years as a monk which he talks a bit about in some episodes.
This podcast was ranked the world’s number one mental health podcast. Jay does interviews with celebrities, experts, etc for healing tips, how to be happier and healthier and how to look after
ourselves.
Modern Wisdom
This is another podcast which is based on information to help you improve your health and tips on business and working. Chris Williamson is the man who created this podcast. He uses
this podcast to teach listeners life lessons. He also gets great people to interview including
Steven Bartlett, the creator of The Diary of a CEO.
Chris interviews a lot of doctors on this podcast which is very beneficial as you know that they are experts in what they are talking to you about. This podcast is ranked in the top 30 most popular podcasts on Spotify. Chris started his podcasts in 2018 and has been growing his platform ever since.
It is a great podcast for everyone who wants to learn more about the reasons why people take certain actions or behave a certain way, which is then backed up by science.
